Careers at Dynamic Septic Service

R.A.P.I.D. Career Growth

Built on Respect, Precision, Discipline & Results.

This Is Not a Job for Everyone

If you’re looking for an easy paycheck, loose standards, or a place to hide, this won’t be the right fit, and that’s okay.

Dynamic Septic Service exists to solve septic problems before they damage homes, threaten health, or cost homeowners thousands of dollars. That requires discipline, accuracy, and people who take pride in doing things right.

We’re building a dominant company - and we’re doing it with a tight, accountable team.

Why We're Different

Other septic companies:

🚫

React instead of diagnosing

🙈

Cut corners to go faster

👎

Tolerate sloppy work and excuses

We don’t.

We run tight systems. We expect professionalism.

We believe precision protects homeowners, and builds strong careers.

We hold ourselves to the same standards we expect from our team.

The R.A.P.I.D. Standard

(And How People Advance Here)

R.A.P.I.D. isn’t a poster on the wall.

It’s how we hire, train, promote, and hold ourselves accountable.

1. Respectful: To customers and teammates
Trust earns responsibility.

2. Accurate: Details matter, every time.
Precision creates autonomy.

3. Professional: In appearance, communication, and execution.
Professionals get promoted.

4. Innovative: Always improving tools and systems.
Builders shape the company.

5. Disciplined: Follow the process, even when no one is watching.
Discipline compounds.

We are team-driven and customer-focused. No exceptions.

High Standards
Don’t Mean Toxic Pressure

R.A.P.I.D. standards don’t mean burnout.

Doing things right does not mean being perfect.
Mistakes are addressed directly, fixed properly, and learned from.

If you care, communicate, and improve, you will be supported here.

You don’t need to be loud, aggressive, or flashy to succeed.
You do need to pay attention, take ownership, and follow through.

Who Should Apply?

You should apply if you:

• Take pride in doing it right the first time

• Show up prepared and accountable

• Prefer structure over chaos

• Want to grow your skills and income over time

You should not apply if you:

• Resist systems

• Avoid responsibility

• Blame tools, customers, or teammates

What You Get in Return

1. Clear expectations and strong leadership

2. A company that respects skilled professionals

3. Promotion from within whenever possible

4. Real opportunity as we scale and expand

We’re building something that lasts.

The people who help build it will benefit the most.

Before You Apply

Ask yourself (honestly) if you operate R.A.P.I.D.:

Do I show up on time, consistently?

Do I take responsibility when something goes wrong?

Do I follow systems even when no one is watching?

If you’re hesitating, this probably isn’t your place.

If you’re nodding your head, we should talk.

When you apply, include a short note answering this:

What does “doing it right the first time” mean to you in your work?

We read every response.
